Invoicing and Payments
We bill monthly on the last day of the month. Invoices are delivered by email (if available).
Late Payment Notices are sent on the 15th of the following month.
Pay online by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), bank transfer or mail a check.
If you mail a check, make checks payable to “TrustyCare” and include the invoice number on your check.

Our minimum charge is $40 per Weekly visit.
For most lawns, Bi-Weekly service will be $5-25 more per visit than Weekly Service, depending on the size and nature of the lawn.
Work Schedule and Scope of Service
Lawn service includes mowing, trimming, and blowing.
Additional services are billed extra and must be requested by customer.
Our mowers are not equipped with baggers. All clippings remain on yard.
We do NOT offer one time services to non-current customers:
(for example, your mower is broke down and you want us to mow one time).
We don’t work on Sundays (church, family time, and rest).
If you don’t want us to work on Saturdays, just let us know.
We do NOT accept partial mowing jobs (you mow your yard but you want us to do the weedeating).
We don’t apply fertilizer for bi-weekly mowing accounts (we apply fertilizer for WEEKLY accounts only).
We don’t perform gutter cleaning or tree work.
We don’t perform design and installation work.
Fall Service and End of Season
As mowing season ends in the Fall, please notify us by email when you are ready to stop service.
Some customers stop service in early October while others continue into early December.
We do not have a set date when we stop service for all customers.
We need you to let us know when service should be stopped for the season.
Spring Service and Start of Season
As mowing season starts in the Spring, please notify us by email when you are ready to start service.
We do not have a set date when we start service for all customers.
We need you to let us know when service should be started for the season.
